What We Are
Mercury Visas is a visa and immigration advisory firm based in Hyderabad, working with applicants across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and further afield. We advise on work visas, visitor and family visas, and permanent residence routes to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa and the UAE.
We are advisors, not recruiters. We do not place people in jobs, promise employment, or guarantee outcomes that belong to a government department. What we do is assess your profile honestly, tell you what your real chances are, and prepare an application that answers the questions a case officer will actually ask.

Thirteen Years, and Rules That Keep Moving
Our founder has worked in this field since 2013, and Mercury Visas has been advising applicants since 2023. That is thirteen years of watching rules change — and they change constantly. South Africa waived the medical report in July 2026. The UK restricted dependants to graduate-level roles in July 2025. Canada moved to category-based draws.
Most of what you will read online about these routes is out of date, including on the websites of large consultancies. We track the changes because getting this wrong costs you months and money, not us.
We Will Tell You When the Answer Is No
We would rather have an informed client than a paying one.
That sounds like an odd thing for a business to say, so here is what it means in practice. If your profile does not qualify, we tell you at the consultation rather than after you have paid. If a route is possible but unlikely to succeed, we say so and explain what would need to change first. If you are better served by waiting a year, retaking an English test, or choosing a different country, that is the advice you will get.
Every route we discuss comes with its disadvantages laid out alongside its benefits. You cannot make a good decision about moving your family abroad on a sales pitch, and we are not interested in taking money from someone who was never going to succeed.
How a Consultation Works
We work virtually, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation. It means you are not taking a day off to sit in a waiting room, and it means we can advise applicants in Vizag, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Bengaluru or Chennai as easily as in Hyderabad.
Three ways to start, whichever suits you:
- A scheduled virtual meeting — pick a time that works and we will talk it through properly
- A call back — leave your number and we will ring you
- An office visit — our office is in Hyderabad, and a second in Rajahmundry
Whichever you choose, you deal with the same people throughout. Your case does not get handed to a junior once the fee is paid.
What It Costs, Before You Commit
You will be told the full cost before you commit, split into what you pay us and what you pay elsewhere. That second part matters, because government fees, credential evaluations, professional body registrations, language tests and medicals usually add up to more than our fee, and nobody likes discovering them one at a time.
No hidden charges, and no fee that appears halfway through because something turned out to be more complicated than we said it would be.
What We Actually Do
Eligibility assessment before you spend on anything else. Choosing the right route, and the right category within it. Document preparation and the certifications each one needs. Building the case around the questions a case officer will actually ask.
We also take second opinions. If you have been refused, or you are midway through with someone else and something feels wrong, bring the file. A refusal letter names the ground it was refused on, and a fresh application that does not confront that ground tends to fail the same way twice.
What we do not do: source jobs, guarantee approvals, or promise a visa. Those decisions belong to governments, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver.
